Wedding Ring FAQs
How long will my wedding ring take to make?
Our configured wedding rings are made to order. Production normally takes 2–3 weeks before free insured UK delivery.
Can I order if I am unsure of my ring size?
We recommend confirming your finger size before ordering. Use the size guide in the builder or contact us for help choosing the correct fit.
Why can the price change with finger size?
Larger sizes require more precious metal. We preserve the chosen depth and proportions instead of making a larger ring thinner.
Can my ring be engraved?
Yes. Choose capitals, sentence case or script in the builder and enter up to 20 supported characters. Engraving adds £25.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
Our lifetime manufacturing guarantee covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss or theft.
Can a made-to-order ring be returned?
Configured rings are made to your individual choices. Return eligibility depends on whether the ring is standard, personalised or engraved; please review our returns policy or contact us before ordering.
