We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Blue Nile may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component.

If we find that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you, and we will let you know if there are any cost-effective or otherwise available repair services that can be provided to you. Free After Care service.

Your diamond ring should be cleaned and inspected every year, or if it suffers any trauma. By having your jewelry inspected regularly, you may be able to prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of the item. Our customers can take advantage of this free cleaning and inspection service on their Nova Diamonds rings if they are customers. The customer is only responsible for the cost of shipping to us , and we cover the cost of returning the item back to the customer after clean and polish or if any repairs.

The craftsmanship of each item may vary slightly and is unique. There are also natural characteristics or internal inclusions in diamonds (visible or not) that make each item unique and individual. It is important to note that these characteristics are part of what makes the item unique, and shouldn't be considered as defects of the item.
